At the end of your purchase you will be able to see the details of your order in your email.

SHOPPING CART

From the shopping cart icon located in the upper right corner you can view the contents of your shopping cart and modify or delete the number of units of your order. 

 

WISHLIST

In your WISHLIST you can save the items you like the most. 

  1. Click on the heart symbol ( 🖤 ) and that item will be added to your wishlist. 
  2. You will be able to remove the items you want through the edit option. 
  3. To complete the purchase you will have to click on the product and continue with the usual steps.

*Remember that you will only be able to enjoy the wishlist if you are a registered customer and that the wish list does not guarantee the stock of products.

PAYMENT

METHODS

You can make your purchase by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bizum and PayPal) or debit card. 

We also accept payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay and deferred payments with Aplazame (available in Spain) and Klarna. 

* All payments are processed through a secure payment system provided by Shopify.

TAXES AND DUTIES

  1. DDP system, within the EU: taxes and duties are automatically included according to the destination of your shipment at the end of the purchase. 
  2. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, outside the EU: taxes and duties are NOT included at checkout (e.g. UK VAT). Once your order arrives at the destination, you will need to pay all import duties, customs and local sales country taxes you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

PRODUCT

AVAILABILITY

In ES Fascinante you can find new items every week, in the "new products" section of the menu. 

If the item you are interested in is out of stock, you can register your email and we will notify you when it is available again. This process is not equivalent to a reservation. 

HOW TO ORDER

All products with the "Made to Order" label are designs made from scratch for the customer, with extreme attention to detail. This type of products can NOT be exchanged or returned.

In case of any defect, you can inform our customer service team and we will exchange the purchased product.

SIZES

To guide you in choosing your size, we offer you the option "Size guide", to select the most appropriate size according to your measurements. If this option is not available for the item you are interested in, you can always consult our customer service team. 

SHIPPING

  • Spain: the shipping time can be found on the product page, in the "shipping" section. 
  • Europe: the delivery time is between 5 and 8 working days. 
  • Outside Europe: the delivery time is approximately 15 working days.
