Exchanges and returns of in-store purchases

You have 14 calendar days from the date on your receipt to exchange or return your item, unworn and with its labels; bring the receipt or gift receipt. Size or item exchanges are always free and, if we do not have your size in store, we will bring it in. If you return it, we give you a gift card for the amount paid, with no expiry date. Items bought from 15/11 to 24/12 can be exchanged or returned until 15/01. Except in case of a defect, made-to-order, personalised or altered pieces, artworks, opened swimwear, underwear and earrings cannot be exchanged. If your item is faulty, we will repair it, replace it or refund you. Archive Sales: same conditions.
