Shipping costs will vary depending on the selected destination.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

  1. DDP system, within the EU: taxes and duties are automatically included according to the destination of your shipment at the end of the purchase. 
  2. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, outside the EU: taxes and duties are NOT included at checkout (e.g. UK VAT). Once your order arrives at the destination, you will need to pay all import duties, customs and local sales country taxes you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

Returns

You will be able to make changes and returns through this link: https://es-fascinante.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 

In case it is an online return, a shipping label will be generated and the package will be picked up at the selected address. 

Refund Policy

Our policy has a 14 day duration. You can request a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

What is required for us to accept a return?

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 
  2. The packaging must be according to the size of what is being returned.
  3. Receipt or proof of purchase. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • “Made to order" designs

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email help@es-fascinante.com or call 910 403 848.
