5.1 Accepted payment methods

MODA ES FASCINANTE, S.L. offers the following payment methods to ensure maximum convenience for the Buyer:

  • PayPal: a secure online payment platform. When this method is selected, the user is redirected to the PayPal environment to complete the transaction.
  • Google Pay: Google's digital payment solution, linked to the user's account.
  • Klarna: a flexible payment service that allows the purchase amount to be split into instalments.
  • Bizum: instant payment through the user's banking app.

All payment methods are managed entirely by their respective payment platforms, each with its own terms of use and security policies.

5.2 Transaction security

MODA ES FASCINANTE, S.L. ensures the security of all transactions carried out on the website through the following measures:

  • SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer): all communications between the user's browser and the website's server are encrypted using the SSL protocol. The presence of "https://" and the padlock icon in the address bar confirm that the connection is secure.
  • Shopify platform: the website operates on Shopify, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform, the highest security standard for handling payment card data. MODA ES FASCINANTE, S.L. never stores card details on its own servers.
  • Certified payment gateways: all integrated gateways (PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna, Bizum) have their own security certifications and fraud prevention systems.

5.3 Banking details

MODA ES FASCINANTE, S.L. does not store, record or have access to the Buyer's banking or card details. All financial information is handled directly and securely by the respective payment platforms, in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

5.4 Payment confirmation

Once the payment process has been completed, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If this confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, please check your junk/spam folder or contact MODA ES FASCINANTE, S.L. at help@es-fascinante.com or by telephone on 915 158 132.

5.5 Currency and invoicing

All prices and transactions are in euros (€). MODA ES FASCINANTE, S.L. will issue the corresponding invoice or proof of purchase, which will be sent to the Buyer by email once payment has been confirmed.
