It features an original parrot print on a blue background, a round neckline, slightly puffed sleeves, a fitted bodice, a ruffled skirt and a back with a subtle lace-up slit. 

You can wear it on special occasions as a wedding guest dress or for everyday wear, combined with flat sandals.
