Size XS: 70 cm from the beginning of the buckle to the second hole.

Size S: 75 cm. from the beginning of the buckle to the third hole.

Size M: 80 cm. from the beginning of the buckle to the third hole.

Size L: 85 cm. from the beginning of the buckle to the third hole.

The belt has 3 holes to fit, the belt is worn at the waist so to know the size you have to measure your waist which should match the size of the belt.
