Time limit for returns and exchanges: 14 calendar days from the reception of the order.
Only returns and exchanges will be accepted with the ES Fascinante label and in the same delivery conditions.
Custom orders and special sales with promotion do not admit changes or returns.
All orders and returns placed during holidays, sales or special offers may be subject to delays.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN ONLINE STORE:
IMPORTANT: Returns on discounted products will be refunded as a gift card with no expiration date.

Orders in Spain and Portugal:
Exchange for another product: free of charge.
Return of the order: the customer can do it through a courier assuming the cost or managed through ES Fascinante.
International orders and Canary Islands:
Exchange for another product: free of charge.
Return of the order: the customer must manage it through ES Fascinante for a cost to be determined depending on the origin of the order.
CHANGES AND RETURNS IN PHYSICAL STORE:
If the order has been placed in store, in the same way the change or return must be made in Conde de Aranda 22, street access, right door.
Exchanges for another product: You can change your order for another product in the store. Price difference in favor of the customer, a voucher is issued without expiration
Returns: Refund through a voucher for the total amount of the order, without expiration.
