We were born in the top of a hat braiding wheat straw by hand and weaving hats from natural fibres. It all started with my great-grandfather in 1920 in a traditional village called Gata de Gorgos (Alicante, Spain). It used to be said that the inhabitants of this village had enchanted hands, with which they braided all kinds of natural fibres and made real wonders. Zahati is artisan tradition, modernity and sustainability.
