The Portobello skirt is a skirt with cuts that is very flattering as it is fitted at the waist and at the top of the hips and then loose (that is, it does not mark anything that we do not want to be marked and accentuates what we do want to accentuate!)
It has lots and lots of flounce so it has a movement when walking that looks phenomenal!
