PERIOD: From the moment you receive your fascinating product you have a period of 14 calendar days to make a change of size or product without any cost. In the case of a product change due to an imperfection, it will be replaced by the same product in perfect condition as long as there is stock of the same product..
STEPS TO FOLLOW: If you wish to make an exchange, we offer you 4 different options so that you can choose the most convenient one. Tell us your order number and our Customer Service team will take care of it.

DEADLINE: From the moment you receive your fascinating product you have a period of 14 working days to return it. All returns will have a cost of 4,95€ which will be assumed by the customer.

CAN I RETURN ANY PRODUCT?
You can return all products on the website, including discounted or pre-order products. However, all products made especially for the customer, indicated with the label "MAKE TO ORDER", will NOT accept returns, as they have been made to measure in a specific way.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Exchanges and returns are possible on all shop products within 14 days of purchase of the product.
No returns or exchanges on products: 

- Make to Order
- Where customer-specific changes have been made.

*THE CANARY ISLANDS: the same conditions apply as for international orders, as detailed below.

TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: all products that you wish to exchange or return, must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered,  must not be used. They will only be accepted with the label and in good conditions.

COST: All products to be exchanged must be sent to the ES Fascinante showroom (Calle Conde de Aranda 22, Bajo derecha. 28001, Madrid), at the customer's expense. In the case of an exchange for a damaged product, we will take care of everything, assuming the corresponding costs.
